About the Founder

The founder and president of Elevate Technology brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in technology, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business development. His approach has always been simple—build real relationships, understand the need, and deliver solutions that truly make a difference. Throughout his career, he has worked across telecommunications, education, and technology services, leading large-scale deployments, network upgrades, and digital transformation projects. From supporting day-to-day operations to planning long-term strategy, his focus has always been on creating technology environments that are reliable, secure, and built to last.

He has helped organizations implement district-wide upgrades, launch 1:1 student device programs, and support thousands of users with practical, scalable solutions. More importantly, he takes pride in being someone clients can trust—not just for technology, but for honest guidance and long-term partnership.

Elevate Technology was built on that same foundation: serving others with integrity, experience, and a commitment to doing things the right way. The goal is simple—help organizations elevate their technology while making the process straightforward, dependable, and tailored to their needs.

Outside of work, he is a devoted husband, father, and proud grandfather. Originally from Sikeston, Missouri, he now lives in Benton, Arkansas, with his wife, Tara Jo Ginther of Bryant, Arkansas. Together they have five children and one granddaughter who keep life busy and rewarding. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, swimming, and appreciating a fine glass of quality bourbon.
